The hotel has its own Bar and Bistro set out over three ground floor rooms.

The Bistro

A light and airy room overlooking the Thames Estuary that serves a varied French style menu. The Bistro is open 7 days per week and provides classic, freshly prepared dishes using the finest local ingredients.

Along with the a la carte menu, set and buffet menus can be arranged for a minimum of 15 persons. Please note that the Bistro is completely non-smoking.

8oz Aberdeen Angus Fillet Steak with Pate, Sauté Potatoes, Medley of Vegetables and a Prawn and Brandy Sauce
Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass with a Seafood Risotto of Mussels, Clams, Prawns and Squid with Dressed Rocket and Lemon Vierge

The Bar

The Bar overlooks the Thames Estuary and offers fantastic sea-views as well as colourful sunsets. The Bar is open all day for coffee, fine wines and Whitstable Brewery beers and bar food is served 12noon-2pm and 7-9pm from Monday to Friday and 12noon-9pm on Saturday & Sunday.

Homemade Salmon Fishcakes, pan fried with fresh tomato sauce and salad
